Disney's Contemporary resort was the very first resort we ever stayed at as children. Back then, I don't think we appreciated it for what it was. Although it was pretty cool that the monorail ran through the middle of the hotel, we didn't quite grasp all the other "Disney magic" it had to offer. Now as adults, we love the Contemporary for it's super convenient location to Magic Kingdom and the other deluxe resorts on the monorail line. It's also only a boat ride away from Wilderness Lodge and Fort Wilderness which we love for all the activities they have to offer. We really enjoy the dining options here as well as that special place to watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks!
