Thursday Things and the End of a Challenge

Hi everyone! We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas with friends and family. Our blog has taken a little hiatus the past two days ( which I'm sure many of you have too). We are not quite back into full blogging mode yet but thought we would just share a few things from the past couple of days.

My husband and I saw this sign on our way home on Christmas Eve and thought maybe there would be a chance we might have a white Christmas, but it didn't happen!

Regardless of whether or not there was snow, we all had a wonderful day!

Even our dogs like Disney gifts so Santa thought this Tigger was perfect!

Aren't these the cutest dog biscuits you've ever seen?

I didn't get a puppy for Christmas, but someone did! Isn't he adorable?

Even though I got to see my sister this weekend, this was the first time ever that I did not get to spend Christmas day with her. It was kind of sad not seeing her on Christmas morning but I did get to talk to her on the phone for over two hours, so all is well!

Today is the last day of the #RunChatHunt scavenger hunt challenge. Lacey was able to find all the things on the list during her runs, but I am missing one item. I am doubtful I will be able to complete it but I do have several hours left, so we shall see!    ~M

What did you do on Christmas eve and Christmas day?
Did you work? Did you blog?
Did you stay away from your devices?

    1. I think Golden retrievers and Labrador retrievers have got to be some of the cutest pups ( although I am partial). My 8 year old lab still thinks she is a puppy too!

  3. We ended up having a very white Christmas here in Nova Scotia. This was our first white one in a few years. It made for a beautiful scene!

    What a cute puppy. :)
    Merry Christmas!

  4. Glad you had a nice day! I went to see Saving Mr. Banks on Christmas Eve, which was really good. Christmas day it was sunny and 76 so I went to the beach and played a couple games (but had to take it kind of easy since I'm just getting over a chest cold), then I came home, had a whole foods meal, and watched Revenge and the movie Prisoners.

  5. Merry Christmas!

Super cute puppies. We had lots of puppy playdates on Christmas and Christmas Eve. My Godparents got a new puppy so we introduced our dog to him and then my sister's puppy the next day... it was a zoo! But lots of fun :)

  6. So glad you had a great Christmas! Christmas eve was spent in my jammies at my uncle's house, eating lots of food, drinking, and playing cards against humanity. Such a fun (and politically incorrect) game! Christmas Day, I squeezed a run in, went to brunch at grandmas, and then napped for 3 hours. That was the crazy part!
