This Disney resort has the most dining options

There are so many things to consider when choosing a Disney resort. Price is a factor,  as well as location, theming, amenities, and what type of transportation will be available.  Are dining options ever a factor in which Disney resort you stay at?  For a long time I would forgo staying at Disney's Boardwalk Inn just because they didn't have any on site dining options. Since then things have changed and the Boardwalk Inn is one of my favorite Disney resorts, ( but not because of the dining)!

If you are looking for a resort that has multiple dining locations, Disney's Coronado Springs resort just might fit the bill!  As of the time of this posting, Coronado Springs is the resort that has the most dining options on Disney property.

We've stayed at Coronado Springs Resort several times but have not yet eaten at all the places, but let's check them out!

The first location you will probably see as you enter the lobby in the tower is Barcelona Lounge.

Here you will find specialty coffees, breakfast pastries, some charcuterie plates, and a full bar. I especially liked their non alcoholic specialty drinks.  We did visit Barcelona Lounge during our stay in the Gran Destino Tower and you can check out our post all about what we got HERE.

If you take the elevator to the 16th floor, top floor of the tower you will see Toledo: Tapas, Steak, and seafood.

This full service restaurant is open 5:00pm to 10:00 pm and reservations are suggested.

Also on the top floor of the tower you will find the Dahlia Lounge.

The Dahlia Lounge serves cocktails, specialty drinks, and coffees. It had a lounge menu of Tapas ( small plates such as sliders and other appetizers). You can order a charcuterie board to share and I also saw a cookie flight on the menu.

Dahlia Lounge is open from 5:00pm to 12:00 am.

No reservations are needed for the Lounge.  Even if you are not visiting the lounge, you may still walk in to see the amazing view from its balcony.

El Centro is like the town center and this was the main building of the resort before the Gran Destino Tower was built.  This section houses a good portion of the resort's restaurants.

The most popular of them is El Mercado de Coronado. This is the resorts quick service / food court.

This is probably our favorite resort food court. We love all the options available here.  For lunch we always get these Tex mex Chicken bowls.

We also ate here for breakfast.

Adults can certainly order kids' portions at quick service locations.

Right own the hall from the food court is Cafe Rix.

This is a grab and go location where you can get cupcakes, pastries, fruit, and other snacks. This location also has coffee and smoothies.  Cafe Rix is only open till 2:00pm.

Around the corner you will find Rix Sports Bar and Grill.
This place serves classic bar food like burgers and beers.  You can watch your favorite sports team on one of the many TV screens they have.

Down the hall is Mayan Grill.

This is a table service Mexican restaurant.

This place is only open for dinner and service starts at 5:00pm.

There are three locations outside of the main building where you can get food and drink as well.

Laguna Bar is a small stand that sells cocktails and other beverages but also has an impressive selection of soups, sandwiches, and other hand-helds. We even saw a poke bowl on the menu.

Laguna Bar is located right outside of the main building.  It is open from 5:00pm to 11:00 pm.

Siesta Cantina is the resort's pool bar. This is located at the main pool, the Dig Site. Drinks can be purchased at 10:00 am and food is available at 11:00 am. They have a variety of salads, sandwiches, tacos, etc. Service here is until 9:00 pm

The last place on our list to eat at Coronado Springs is Three Bridges Bar and Grill.

Three Bridges is literally located in the center of the resort at the intersection of three bridges. You must take a bridge to get there! This is a full service restaurant but you can also stop by just for late night snacks, like we did one evening.

Three Bridges is going to be one of the restaurants that is open the latest.  It's hours of operation are 4:30 pm to 12:00 am.

We did a "Disney Food Feature" on what we got when we visited Three Bridges. You can read that HERE.

As you may know, Coronado Springs resort is also used for conventions. It has a convention center right on site. There was actually one going on during our visit. Because the resort has the ability to hosts large groups of people, that may contribute to why it has so many dining options.

Would you chose to dine here even if you were not staying at this resort?

Till next time~ M and L
