This week's theme for the Friday 5 is "blogs to read". We couldn't possibly just narrow down 5 blogs that we love to read because we would feel horrible if we left yours out. So, we stretched the theme a bit to include 5 link ups you might want to join.
1.If you are a Run Disney fan or just a Disney fan in general, on Mondays you can join the Magical Mickey Mondays link up with John from RunGeekRunDisney.com
If you have a great meatless recipe, you can also join the Meatless Monday movement. There are quite a few bloggers who host these link ups
2. Got a Running related post on Tuesdays? Join in on the Tuesday's on the Run, hosted by April, Patty, and Erika. Also, Lean Lena host a Tasty Tuesday link up where you can share a food post.
3. Sometimes on Wednesdays we'll link up with Deb from Focused on the Magic for her Wordless Wednesday link up. All her link ups are Disney themed.
4. On Thursday Amanda from Running With Spoons hosts a Think Out loud link up where you can share your random thoughts for the week.
5. On Fridays there seems to be lots of link ups going on. Perhaps you are already visiting us from the Friday 5 link up with Courtney, Mar, and Cynthia. Also Jill Conyors hosts a Fitness Friday, and you'll find a Fit n Fashionable link up at Fitfulfocus.
Maybe you'll find a new link up to visit next week.

And O My Goodness, What did you think of Grey's Anatomy last night? I use to be a faithful viewer for like 5 years and then stopped watching. I just started watching a view weeks ago and definitely was not expecting an ending like that. (Perhaps if I was up to date on celebrity gossip I could have assumed what would happen, but I 'm not). I won't give any spoilers.
Anyway, back to the blog post at hand. Tell us some link ups that you like to link up with.
Useful list, thanks! I knew most, but not all, of these. I try to join one or two link-ups per week, depending how busy the rest of life is.

ReplyDeleteThis is fabulous!!! I am always looking for new link-ups to join - and this is a terrific list. I echo what others have mentioned about Tara's Weekend Update and Deb's Wednesday Word. I used to struggle with blog topics but these link-ups have made it a lot easier - just check for the prompt, and type away!

I love your twist on Blogs to Love! I am familiar with a couple of the linkups, but some are new to me. I just started Wednesday Word linkup about three weeks ago, and had no idea that there was a Wordless Wednesday linkup out there - hosted by another Deb, no less. Too funny!

ReplyDeleteDespite the fact that I've been a blogger for several years, I'm a little confused by how the link ups work. Seems like a great way to come up with blog topics. Do you just link back to the original blog? Thanks for the list, I'll be checking these blogs out!
ReplyDeleteYup, the host(s) will come up with the idea and you link back to their blog. The idea is to visit all the other bloggers who also link up and in turn they will come visit your blog too! I hope you are able to join one, it's a good way to get to know other bloggers.
