Drenched 5K : A COOL Giveaway!

It is a scorcher here today so this give away couldn’t have come at a better time!  Many people slow down their runs during this summer heat, decreasing their mileage, and even opting out of races because it is so hot.  If this sounds like you than you won’t want to miss the Drenched 5K! 

The drenched 5K is a fun run (think along the lines of the Color Run), except instead of being dosed with colors, you are drenched with water which is perfect for this time of year! You will run through misting stations, foam zones, sprinklers, fire hoses and o’ yes, a slip and slide!

Since the Drenched 5k is a fun run, it is also walker friendly.

If you don’t want to run or walk but still want to participate in all the fun, the Drenched 5K has an awesome “Spectator Zone” where you can drench the runners your own way!

There’s no reason to not get the whole family involved!  In fact, children under 5 years of age are invited to run the Drenched 5K for free and kids under 12 can register at a discount.

Runners and walkers are encourage to form teams, don crazy costumes, and bring out their biggest water guns for a little camaraderie and competition against other teams.

At the finish line you will be greeted by a huge water balloon fight, music, drinks and dancing!

Atlanta- August 17^th

Philadelphia- August 17th

Huntsville- August 24^th
