A Peek in Our Week

Again, this is the part of the week where we recap what we've done.

Monday- I went out to lunch with a friend before coming home from a long weekend in Virginia Beach for a friend's birthday and the Neptune Festival. -L
Tuesday- Ran 7 miles. That evening went to a friend's house for a dinner party. -L
Wednesday- Ran 10 miles before going into work. -L
Thursday- I took the day off from running and went for a walk with a friend.
She showed me a great running trail along the water in Philadelphia.  I will definitely have to start going there for my long runs.

Friday- Caught up on some sleep and took another day off from running. Also, I finally dusted off my crock pot and made homemade soup, Zuppa Toscana ( like the kind from Olive Garden) It was delicious.
Saturday- Did a 5 mile speed workout.  When I returned home I found this on my door step.
I am getting really excited for Vegas! That evening I met friends for bowling.  I haven't done that in years. It was a lot of fun. -L
I only did one run this week and that was on Monday before I left for Disney. Of course I worried all week about not being prepared for the Tower of Terror Later that weekend. -M
On Wednesday I met up with my BFF at her home in South Carolina before heading to Disney. -M
The rest of the week was spent at Disney of course.
I can't wait to come back and tell you guys all about it.  -M
Hope you all had a fabulous week/weekend.   Talk to you tomorrow!
