Making Motivational Magnets!

We are doing another Friday Five link up and this week the theme is "Motivational Quotes"

I think this is a great topic because everybody loves these. I see them on Pinterest all the time and I see people posting them on their blogs frequently too.  But what do we do with these quotes after we've read them? Well, I've taken some of the ones I like and have made them into magnets!

Feel free to use or "pin" any of these that you like. ( If you hover your mouse over the picture, a "Pin It" button will appear!

Oh, and if you've read our blog for any amount of time, you might recognize some of these pictures!

So here are five motivational quotes.  Enjoy!

Have a great weekend everyone!

  9. In general I like the quote "if it was easy, everyone would do it." I think of that when I'm running longer distances now. It would be easy to beat myself up knowing that I'm really slow compared to other people's paces, but at the same time I'm out there running, where I see other people walking, so I should be happy with whatever running accomplishment I make because not everyone is doing it! Did that make sense? Sometimes I comment when I'm tired and I totally have a stream of consciousness. :)

  10. Here's another one: I don't stop when I'm tired, I stop when I'm done. Reminds me to tough it out!

  11. I love these! I saw one the other day that I like: "Athletes eat and train, they don't diet and exercise."

  13. I really love quotes, maybe too much. Here are a few of my favs:
“I never said it would be easy, I only said it would be worth it.” ― Mae West

“Life is too short to wake up with regrets. So love the people who treat you right. Forget about those who don’t. Believe everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said life would be easy, they just promised it would most likely be worth it.”
    ― Harvey MacKay

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.' We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? - Marianne Williamson

“The good Lord gave you a body that can stand most anything. It’s your mind you have to convince.” Vince Lombardi

“If you run, you are a runner. It doesn't matter how fast or how far. It doesn't matter if today is your first day or if you've been running for twenty years. There is no test to pass, no license to earn, no membership card to get. You just run.”
    ― John Bingham
