One of our favorite places to visit at Disney Springs is Swirls on the Water.  Swirls on the Water is a booth that sells Dole Whips and other ice cream concoctions. One of the things we enjoy about this place is that the feature flavors are always changing based upon the season
The day I visited it was rather cool (55 degrees), but that certainly didn't stop people from getting in line for a frozen treat. Swirls on the water always has the classic Pineapple Dole Whip, and Vanilla and Chocolate soft serve. They always have a featured flight as well, this is a trio of Dole Whip/Soft serve flavors. 
At this time, their featured flavors were for Valentines day.

I got the black Vanilla Waffle Cone for $6.29. This was filled with Strawberry Dole Whip and Mango Dole Whip, which was a good combination. The waffle cone was black with white sprinkles on it. I'm not sure what the purpose of that was. It looked like it might be a chocolate cone, but it was not. It really didn't taste like anything but a cone with food coloring. Regardless, the Dole Whip was the real star here!
