Disney Food Feature: Late night snack at Three Bridges Bar and Grill

Today's Disney food Feature comes from Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort.

Three Bridges is a fairly new addition to the resort since the addition of the Gran Destino Tower. It is on its own island and you literally need to take one of three bridges to get there!

We visited Three Bridges one evening while we were staying at the Gran Destino Tower. It was a late night coming back from the park and we wanted a bite to eat. Three Bridges is open till Midnight, so it was pretty much our only choice here for a late night snack.

Our snack of choice was the Roasted Corn dip.

The Roasted Corn dip was a combination of corn, smoked tomato aioli,  parmesan, and chili lime. It was served with a side of tortilla chips. Although this was a tex-mex type dish, this was not spicey. It was the perfect combination of creamy cheese, sweet corn, with just a tad of smokiness.  It was really good!

The Roasted Corn dip was $12 and it was the perfect size for my sister and I to share.

We enjoyed this time here at Three Bridges. Since it was late at night there were hardly any other guests there, maybe a few at the bar.  There is a full service bar here that you can sit at, or you can sit at a traditional table.

We chose to sit at a table and we even had a view of some fireworks going off in the distance.

This was the perfect way to end a busy park day!

We highly recommend paying a visit to Three Bridges!  Till next time! ~ M and L
