Our Favorite Dishes have Returned to This Year's Flower and Garden Festival at EPCOT

Every year that we return to Disney's Flower and Garden Festival at EPCOT, we find a new favorite dish. Sometimes that dish makes a comeback the following year, and sometimes it is replaced for something else.

In addition to two new booths ( check the end of this post for more info), we were excited to see over a dozen of our favorite dishes making a comeback at this year's festival! Maybe one of your favorites is on the list too!

Let's check them out!

Brunchcot

Disney's Flower and Garden Festival at EPCOT

The Brunchcot booth near Test Track was new in 2023 and their Avocado Toast has been a favorite of ours ever since.  You can pick this up for $6.25

At the Honey Bee-Stro near Port of Entry, you can get  the chicken and waffle dish.

This is Crispy chicken on a honey sweet cornbread waffle with whipped honey butter and spicy honey for  $7.00

Pineapple Promenade

This drink is pretty ( doesn't it photograph well?), and it a combination of sweet and tangy. It's Minute Maid Lemonade with desert pear and violet syrups. this is a non-alcoholic drink for $5.00

The Citrus Blossom

The Key Lime Wine Slushy is back at The Citrus Blossom. This is an alcoholic drink and sells for $13.00.

Also at the The Citrus Blossom you can pick up the Orange-Sesame Tempura Shrimp with orange chile sauce for $7.50.

Swirled Showcase

Another item that photographs really well and was as equally tasty is the Liquid Nitro Honey-Mascarpone cake with fresh honey, granulated honey, and honey mead blueberry compote.  You can get this refreshing treat  for $5.50 from Swirled Showcase.

Now let's head to to World Showcase and check out our favorites from the countries!

Northern Bloom

As far as selected a dish as a "meal", the Northern Bloom in the Canada pavilion is my personal favorite.  I always enjoy the Beef Tenderloin tips with Mushroom bordelaise sauce, whipped potatoes and vegetables. This is comfort food at it's best and is $7.75.

Another favorite dish at Northern Bloom is the Seared Scallops with green beans, potatoes and bacon vinaigrette. This is back again this year and you can pick it up for $8.00.

Hanami

Frushi from Hanami in the Japan Pavilion seems to be an iconic dish of the Flower and Garden Festival.  If you don't like the typical sushi, you should try this fruit version. It's  strawberry,  pineapple, and honeydew wrapped in coconut rice and a soy wrap. It's topped with coconut cream sauce and toasted coconut.  You can pick up this treat for $6 50.

Bauernmarkt: Farmer's Market

The Bauermarkt: Farmers Market in the Germany pavilion brought back the Potato Pancakes for $5.25. I love a good potato pancake, I just wish there was an option to have some ketchup with it. This one is served with applesauce.

Another favorite from Bauermarkt is the Toasted Pretzel bread  topped with black forest ham and melted cheese for $6.00.

Tangierine Cafe: Flavors of the Medina

Grilled Kebabs ( Lamb or chicken) from Tangierine Cafe: Flavors of the Medina can be picked up for $6.25. This is a good dish to get if you don't want to be too adventurous. It's basically grilled chicken on a stick but has a good flavor.  This dish often shows up on the festival menus but it can actually be found all year round at Tangierine Cafe, the quick service location in Morocco.

Also from the Tangierine Cafe you can pick up a Hard Cider Flight  for $10.25.  (Flavors may change)

There are actually many more dishes on this year's Flower and Garden menu that have been seen in year's past, so be sure to check the festival passport to see if your favorite dish has returned.

Now for the new booths.

The new booths for this year's Flower and Garden Festival are Yacht Grub and Beach Grub. Sort of reminds me of a certain resort area at Disney!

At Yacht Grub you are not going to find a "meal" type dish. It is more like sharable appetizers like a trio of dips and chips and assorted meats and cheeses. You will also find some cocktails here.

At Beach Grub you will find a seafood bake, grilled street corn on the cob, and for dessert a s'mores bar.
The beverage of choice here is coconut water. You can get the coconut water non alcoholic or with toasted coconut rum.

What looks good to you? What would you get at the Flower and Garden Festival?

Till next time~ M and L
