I don't always keep t...I love running journals. I don't always keep track of the same data points, so I should probably get better at doing that (like shoes worn, specific pain, etc). It looks like the one you're using has ton of trackable items, which is awesome! I've been using the Believe I Am journal for two years now and love it!
