However, as an adult without children, there are some things on the list that I know I probably won't do, like the pumpkin patch and the hayride. And don't get me started on the apple picking. Everyone and their brother seems to be excited about apple picking! I've never even bought more than 4 apples at the grocery store, why would I need an entire bushel?
Even though I prefer Summer, I am not a Debbie Downer about Fall and I plan to make the most of it for sure. Just because you aren't going to said pumpkin patch, apple orchard, or hayride, doesn't mean you are not enjoying the season!
For that reason my sister and I created an Instagram challenge/Scavenger Hunt to show how you #EnjoyFall.
I know this is the Friday 5, but we each came up with 5 to make it more interesting.

I knew decorate your porch would be on your list! I too will not be going on hayrides or apple picking, but I can see how that would be fun if you have kids. One of my friends wanted me to go on one of those haunted hayrides this fall called Field of Screams. Um, no. I would haaaaaaaate that! (But totally loved that kind of stuff back in HS/college)
ReplyDeleteI'm actually going to work on my porch this weekend!
DeleteWhere is that hayride?
I am pretty sure it is in the Lancaster Area.
DeleteI love wearing boots in the Fall! I'm looking forward to making some Trader Joe's pumpkin pancakes soon ;)
ReplyDeleteThat sounds good! Do you get Fall weather in Hong Kong?
DeleteI've go no problem eating pie!
ReplyDeleteYumm!
DeleteI do love all things fall-jeans and boots and corn mazes and I do love apples. This is a fun challenge I am in
ReplyDeleteYay! I'll be following your IG!
DeleteFall is my favorite season so I love to do all of these things, lol. What a fun idea for a challenge :)
ReplyDeleteHope you participate!
DeleteI LOVE fall, but I do very few of the things in your list LOL. I just love that I can go for a run without dying from the sweat.
ReplyDeleteThat definitely is something to look forward to!
DeleteThis looks like a fun challenge! I just made apple crisp last week ;-)
ReplyDeleteDid you IG it?....lol
DeleteOh I love this challenge, especially since fall is one of my least favorite seasons. I will more than happily participate in your challenge, and hopefully by participating it'll help make fall a bit more bearable for me.
ReplyDeleteThat's what I was thinking to! I don't get excited about fall cus I know winter is to follow...lol. I'll be looking for your posts!
DeleteI love fall! I can't wait to take my fall gear out for a whirl!
ReplyDeleteI love fall, not as much as summer, but still love it. When I was married, We used to take my mother in law to this awesome pumpkin patch, I think it's called Ards Farm Market. This was before we had our son, but we used to do the hayride, the corn maze, the pumpkin picking and load up on pretzel rolls and apple butter.
ReplyDeleteI will take this challenge !! except for the pie, I don't like pie.
My mom and I are doing the pumpkin patch thing with a friend and her toddler. The place we're going is one of the best places in the area to get pumpkins.
ReplyDeleteI printed this out so I can remember to take pics & tag ;)
ReplyDeleteI'm not a PSL fan, but give me a chai tea with pumpkin in it ANY DAY. I may have that today after work... first pic ;)
You made me literally LOL about the apple picking - totally agree with you on that one!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun idea! I much prefer summer, too. But I do love apple picking. I don't even know why. I think I like the challenge of trying to find the perfect apple. And then I end up with like 40 lbs of apples... but it's still so fun, I promise!!!
ReplyDeleteHmm. I have trouble remembering to do challenges! And some of those things I don't do. Some I definitely do.
ReplyDeleteLooooove apples. Haven't gone picking in decades, but have many fond memories of it as a kid.
How fun!!! I don't think I'll be able to get to #3 or #4 until Jan/Feb.
ReplyDeleteOMG, looove this! Fall is my absolute favorite! I plan on doing all the fall things, lol. :-D
